Terms governing Module Vaultbase's Germany work-migration preparation and advisory consultations.

Acceptance and scope
By using this site or accepting a written engagement, you agree to these terms. Module Vaultbase provides informational preparation, document organization, relocation sequencing, and employer coordination. We are not a law firm, government authority, recruitment agency, translator, or immigration representative. No outcome, appointment, visa, residence permit, or processing time is guaranteed.
Engagements and client responsibilities
The binding scope, fee, timing, and included follow-up are stated in the written engagement. You must provide accurate, complete records and identify deadlines. You remain responsible for official forms, submissions, appointments, and decisions. We may pause work where information is missing or where regulated legal advice is required.
Intellectual property
Site text, visual design, and original preparation materials belong to Module Vaultbase. You may use a brief prepared for you for your personal migration and employer coordination. Republishing, reselling, or removing authorship from our materials is not permitted.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for authority decisions, rule changes, appointment availability, employer action, housing providers, travel disruption, or third-party services. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss directly tied to the engagement fee. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including intentional misconduct or injury caused by culpable conduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH), without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please first contact info@module-vaultbase.digital so we can attempt a practical resolution. Courts with lawful jurisdiction will hear unresolved disputes.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms prospectively. The version accepted for a paid engagement remains available on request. Questions may be sent to info@module-vaultbase.digital.
