Who this brief is for
This engagement is for a professional who is preparing to move to Germany for employment and needs the moving parts placed in a dependable order. You may have a signed offer, be waiting for the final contract, or be comparing the EU Blue Card with another employment residence route.
It is preparation support, not legal representation. We do not submit applications, guarantee an authority’s decision, translate certified records, recruit for jobs, or act as your employer. Where a regulated legal opinion is needed, we will identify that boundary and suggest that you consult a German immigration lawyer.
What is included
The brief begins with a 30-minute fit call. If the scope is suitable, you receive a secure document request covering your passport details page, employment offer or contract, role description, degree or vocational evidence, recognition status where relevant, and your intended arrival date.
The main 90-minute consultation covers:
- the likely work-based residence route and assumptions that still need confirmation;
- alignment between the role, salary, qualification, and employer records;
- missing evidence and records that may need certification or translation;
- the sequence for consular or local authority appointments;
- health insurance, temporary housing, address registration, and employment start dependencies;
- questions to return to HR before the application appointment.
Within three Berlin business days, advisor Mina Kessler sends a written preparation brief with a dated action sequence, responsibility notes, and a document index. A 30-minute follow-up is included during the next ten days.
How to prepare
Send legible copies rather than photographs cropped at the margins. Mark uncertain dates instead of guessing. If a document exists only in Thai or another language, provide the original now; we can flag likely translation needs, but certified translation is commissioned separately.
Practical constraints
Authority availability, recognition decisions, and employer response times remain outside our control. The two-week service window begins only after the requested core records arrive. Cases involving previous refusals, criminal matters, asylum status, or complex family reunification require independent legal advice and may be declined.
Next step
Send a short account of your role, current location, and target start date. We will confirm whether the brief fits before any fee is due.
