Cancellation and refund policy
Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and started-work terms for Module Vaultbase migration-preparation services.

Before work starts
You may cancel within 14 days of accepting a remote engagement for a full refund unless you expressly asked us to begin during that period. If no work has started, cancellations received at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Work already underway
If document indexing, review, research, or written preparation has begun at your request, we deduct the reasonable value of completed work and refund the balance. Once a written brief or completed evidence review has been delivered, that completed portion is non-refundable. Third-party translation, certification, courier, or other specifically approved costs are non-refundable once commissioned.
Rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows
One reschedule is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes may incur €60 to reserve new advisor time. Missing a session without notice is non-refundable, though we consider documented emergencies individually. Any deposit stated in an engagement reserves capacity; it is refundable under the same timing rules rather than automatically forfeited.
Provider cancellation and exceptions
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, we refund the undelivered service in full. Authority delay, visa refusal, employer withdrawal, or changed travel plans do not by themselves make completed preparation refundable. Mandatory consumer rights and exceptional circumstances override this policy where applicable.
Requesting a refund
Email info@module-vaultbase.digital with your name, engagement date, service, reason, and payment reference. We acknowledge requests within three Berlin business days and normally decide them within seven. Approved refunds are sent to the original method within ten business days; your bank may take longer to display them.
