Privacy notice

How Module Vaultbase handles personal data during Germany work-migration enquiries and preparation engagements.

Effective 15 August 2026

Controller and data collected

Module Vaultbase, Level 7, 24 Invalidenstraße, Berlin 10115, is the controller for information submitted through this site and our engagements. We collect contact details, enquiry text, selected service, scheduling preferences, correspondence, billing records, and documents you voluntarily provide for migration preparation.

We use data to answer enquiries, assess fit, perform a contract, maintain financial records, protect our services, and meet legal duties. Depending on context, the basis is pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests in a secure practice, or consent. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Unaccepted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Engagement files are retained for three years after completion unless legal or accounting duties require longer; invoices may be kept for the statutory period. Access is limited, transmission is protected where practical, and no method is completely risk-free.

International transfers

Working with clients in Thailand and service providers may transfer data between Germany, Thailand, and other countries. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism. Ask us for information about safeguards relevant to your engagement.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent prospectively. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify identity before acting.

Service providers and contact

Selected email, hosting, secure file-transfer, and accounting providers process only what is needed under contractual controls. For a privacy request, email info@module-vaultbase.digital. See our cookie notice for browser storage details.
