The Application Evidence Check starts at €290 for up to 25 pages. Before accepting a larger set, we quote against page count, language mix, record condition, and the number of employment versions to compare. No subscription or recurring payment is involved.
What can change an estimate
Records spread across several languages take longer to index, even when we are not translating them. Multiple employers, changed start dates, conflicting role descriptions, or a request for a very short turnaround may also increase the fee. We explain any adjustment before work begins.
Payment and scope
Pricing is informational; this site has no checkout. After a fit call, you receive a written scope and payment instructions. Third-party costs—including sworn translation, certification, courier fees, authority charges, insurance, and independent legal advice—are never bundled into our fee.
