What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text records a website may place in a browser. Local storage is a related browser facility that can remember a value without sending it with every request. This site uses local storage for the consent choice. Rejecting optional use does not block pages, forms, or preparation information.

Essential storage supports a requested preference. Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted, would help us understand aggregated page use; no optional analytics are currently loaded. We will update this table before adding one.
Managing your choice
Use your browser settings to inspect or delete site data. Clearing the named value makes the banner appear again. Blocking all storage may prevent the banner from remembering your answer, but the rest of the site continues to work.
Third parties
Public images and web fonts are requested from external hosts, which may receive technical request information such as IP address and user agent. We do not allow those providers to set optional cookies through our consent component. Their handling is governed by their own notices.
